Gratitude is an attitude and a way of life. It is a lifestyle that isn't imbibed by everyone but should be, this is because it has a lot of benefits. A grateful man is a joyful and thoughtful man. It might be quite difficult to stay grateful when we feel deprived or when we are struggling. However, I've learnt that deep reflection helps you see that you have much more to be grateful and happy for than your pursuits. To start with, life is priceless and there are so many things we have and others desire to. No matter what stage we are at the moment, it isn't where we used to be. Our problems seem bigger when we focus on challenges, setbacks and what we do not have rather than what we have and our progress. Gratitude is the attitude to set us right back on track.

Gratitude can be portrayed in numerous ways: it can be shown through voicing it out, living life like the miracle it is, being grateful for good and bad times, through helping others (giving, encouraging etc) and so on and so forth. Gratitude attracts more wonderful things from our creator and others. I have personally learnt that there is always something to be grateful for at all times. Appreciate everything and stay grateful. I hope this post inspires you to be grateful for all.
